About Me

I began training in 2014, recognising through my own life experience and career background, that when we are challenged in life, finding the right person to talk to can make a real difference. This training is a continuous commitment and includes dedication to personal reflection as well as ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

I have a first class BA Hons in Integrative- Relational Counselling from Middlesex University

Counselling skills level 3 certificate

Experience

Along with my private practice, I also have spent several years working with community organisations. I passionately believe that counselling should be available to anyone who seeks it and I have offered therapeutic support in local community spaces, charities offering counselling to families, young people and education systems and am currently working alongside the NHS.
