I began training in 2014, recognising through my own life experience and career background, that when we are challenged in life, finding the right person to talk to can make a real difference. This training is a continuous commitment and includes dedication to personal reflection as well as ongoing professional development.

Experience
Along with my private practice, I also have several years experience working to support community organisations. I currently also hold a position as a Mental Health Practitioner and Counsellor within an educational setting, supporting both young people and schools with their mental health and wellbeing.
