Counselling

Counselling sessions with me are 50 minutes that will usually take place at the same time each week. You may wish to work with an agreed amount of sessions or you may prefer an open ended time frame to support you for as long as you would like. Whatever your need we can work together to find what works best for you.

I have experience supporting clients with difficulties including;

anxiety

depression

relationship difficulties

trauma

suicidal thoughts

abuse

panic attacks

loss and bereavement

redundancy

stress

low mood

chronic shyness

divorce

identity

anger

personal development

low self-esteem

shame and guilt

personality disorders

self harm

serious and chronic illness

Session fees are £60 per hour although I am sometimes able to offer concessionary rates.

I understand how important it is to find the right therapist for you, someone you feel comfortable and secure with. With that in mind, we will begin working together with an initial assessment session, a chance for us to get to know each other and make sure I am the person best suited to your needs.

Contact me for a no obligation phone conversation if you would like to arrange a consultation session on 07523 684332 or by emailing me at katedyer04@gmail.com

I am a member of the professional body for counselling and psychotherapy named the BACP and adhere to its ethical standards and procedures
